As a woman in my late 40’s I decided that I should try learning to drive again.
I had failed a number of manual driving tests over 20 years ago through nerves and thought that learning on an automatic might be better for me.
After contacting AK driving school Ak took me for a trail lesson to see if I wanted to go ahead and book lessons, I was still very nervous but I think from that first lesson Akhtar had more confidence in me then I had in myself.
It has taken quite a few months of ups and downs and Ak has pushed me to do better even when I didn’t want to and did not think I could, he was 100% committed to me passing first time and believed that I could.
Ak prepared me for my actual driving test with mock tests and going through all the test requirements and manoeuvres, he said we would not do for the real test unless I was ready as there is the option to change the date.
